(9/18/2023) Oklahoma State University Cowgirl Softball Head Coach Kenny Gajewski joined the men of Delta Tau Delta for their Monday night speaker series.
Coach Gajewski talked to the Delts about the importance of recruitment and building a winning culture, rebuilding the OSU softball program, and the thrill of taking the team to 4 consecutive Women’s College World Series.
He spoke about his experiences, from winning a baseball national championship to doing laundry and field maintenance for a team before taking on coaching roles. “I did whatever I could to bring value to the program”.
He emphasized the importance of teamwork, work ethic, and risk-taking to both personal growth and organizational excellence.
